The Sicamous Beach Park Run returns this month with a couple of new twists.
The five kilometre walk/run takes place on Sunday, Sept. 25. Registration is at 7 a.m. with a 9 a.m. start time.
New to this year’s run is a family walk and “mutt strut,” both with a $5 per person participation fee (children 12 and under and dogs are free). For runners, there’s a $35 registration fee.
Money raised from this year’s run will go towards a rail trail fund.
