Missing Winnipeg man last seen in Salmon Arm

A Winnipeg man was last seen in Salmon Arm last Friday and the public is being asked to help locate him.

Winnipeg police say Guy Lyrette was last seen in Salmon Arm on June 10, and may be traveling to the MacMillan Provincial Park area of Vancouver Island.

The 57-year-old is described as Caucasian, 5’11” tall with a slim build, short grey hair with a receding hairline, mustache and glasses.

He was driving a dark blue 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LT with Manitoba plate HHW775.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250 or your local police service.

This follows another disappearance of another man last seen in Salmon Arm on April 4.

Golden-Field RCMP are asking the public for help in locating James Bodie.

The 33-year-old is described as being Caucasian, 6'2" tall and weighing 230 pounds.

He has brown hair, green eyes and a tattoo on his left forearm that reads “Makayla 10-15-2007”

Bodie may be driving a Red Hyundai Accent, with the Alberta Licence Plate: BTP5745

if anyone has information they are asked to contact police immediately.
