We are saddened to announce the sudden passing on February 25, 2017 of Margaret McLain (nee Lim, Gear, Beeler) of Malakwa BC. She was born on January 13, 1943 in Camrose AB to Ethelyn and Harold Beeler.
She leaves to mourn her passing, husband of 31 years Sidney McLain, son, Patrick Gear, daughters, Terry-Lynn Booker (John), Donna Gear and Yvonne Johnson (Jeff). She was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She also leaves 4 step children, Geoff McLain (Karen), Jeannette Mack (Raines), Scott McLain (Dianne) and Sheila McPhee (Dan). Seven step-grandchildren and five great-step-grandchildren. Her closest friend Sharon New and her 3 dogs Bonnie, Clyde and Tiffany also miss her very much. She is also survived by sister Margery, brothers Harvey and Aldon.
Margaret was predeceased by her parents, sister Audrey and brother Dennis.
There will be no funeral at her request but a celebration of life will be held early summer at Sid and Margaret’s home, when her flowers are blooming.
