I noticed in your Sept. 1st edition the article about the fine for tossing a cigarette butt.
The chances of him paying this fine are zero to none. He is from out of province and it would be a cold day in hell before he is nailed for not paying the fine.
A boot should have been placed on the tractor and not removed till the fine was paid. He didn’t think it was an issue? He has probably been tossing butts out of his window for 30 years!
The same approach using the boots should have been used for Christy Crackers’ roadside suspensions. Then the government would have received all the fines, and the tow-truck drivers and impound lots wouldn’t have gotten rich.
