Ton Van Hallem and Mike Cook were two of the very busy “elves” who served 228 women at Home Building Centre’s annual Ladies Night event on Nov. 15. Close to 200 pounds of food were collected for Second Harvest and almost $500 in cash which, when combined with a matching donation from the owner, will translate into $1,000 for the annual turkey drive.
