The fire was first reported at approximately 8:25 p.m.

A grass fire has been updated to a brush fire in Peachland and crews are responding to the scene.

The fire, which was first reported at around 8:25 p.m., started out as a grass fire and was upgraded to a brush fire at 8:30 p.m. The fire is currently at 3599 Highway 97, near the intersection of Highway 97 and Huston Road.
