Convicted drug trafficker Colin Martin has been denied bail.
On Thursday, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Brenda Brown refused Martin’s bail request, ordering he remain detained on drug charges relating to his July 2010 arrest (trafficking, possession for the purpose of trafficking and theft of telecommunication service), as well as a charge of breach of recognizance.
Reasons for the ruling cannot be reported because of a publication ban.
