The Kelowna RCMP have confirmed that 17 year-old Sydney McDougall has been located.There are no further concerns for her health or safety.

The Kelowna RCMP are currently searching for a high-risk young woman who requires medical care.
Sydney McDougall is currently under the care of a medical centre around Kelowna and was granted a two-hour pass on Friday, Jan. 10. She failed to return as expected and requires medical care.
McDougall was last seen with two other people at the Petro-Canada gas station located at the intersection of Highway 97 and Old Okanagan Highway in Kelowna and was wearing a thigh-length black coat, grey sweatpants, and slippers.
McDougall is described as:
• Indigenous female youth
• 5’8” in height
• Heavy set
• Long black hair below the shoulders
The RCMP asks that anyone who locates McDougall immediately call 911 and remain with her until police arrive.
