The RCMP helicopter is circling over the Salmon Valley as part of a police investigation into a stolen vehicle Friday, Sept. 23.

Staff Sgt. Scott West of the Salmon Arm RCMP confirms the air support was brought in after a stolen vehicle was found dumped in the area. Police are actively looking for the driver.
