A resident who recently located to Sicamous received an unwarm welcome last week when someone stole her SUV.
The vehicle, a silver Kia Sorrento, was stolen from a Seed Frontage Road business on Tuesday, March 15.
Police say a suspicious vehicle with several occupants was seen driving by the business prior to the theft. The vehicle was described as a maroon car but no licence plate number was obtained.
In an unrelated case, a vehicle stolen in Sicamous on the same date was later recovered by police, and two young offenders were later arrested. Residents are reminded to lock their vehicles.
