Update: Highway at Sicamous open

Following a collision on the Trans-Canada Highway at the Sicamous bridge, the road has re-opened to traffic.

Following a collision on the Trans-Canada Highway Friday morning at the Sicamous bridge, traffic is now open as of 3 p.m. Friday.

The collision between a semi-trailer and at least two cars blocked the road for a couple of hours early Friday afternoon.

No fatalities are reported, but four people were taken to hospital.
