Christine Louie (nee Schlosar) passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017 at the age of 51. She is deeply mourned by her loving children, Kathryn and Alex Louie, father Frank Schlosar, siblings Elizabeth Ayer (John), Hilde Schlosar (Carl) and John Schlosar (Carol), and many nieces and nephews; predeceased by her mother Hilda Schlosar. Prayers were held at St. Boniface Catholic Church (1923 Broadview Rd NW, Calgary) on Thursday August 24 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass was celebrated Friday, August 25, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Boniface. After the Mass, a Buddhist prayer service was offered by Ven. Geshe Trinly Gyatso of Jam Tse Choling Tibetan Buddhist Temple.
