It is with great sadness that the family of John Ronald Ridsdale announce his passing at the age of 59 on Friday, October 6, 2017.
John will be lovingly remembered by his wife Laurie, his children Brandy, Billie-Jean, Dannielle and Matthew, his grandchildren Audrey and Johnny, his mother Ruth, and surviving siblings.
He was born in North Bay, ON in 1957, then moved to Salmon Arm in 1981 where he has resided for the past 36 years.
He happily retired from the Canadian Pacific Railway in 2013. He enjoyed hockey, horseshoes, fishing, boating and hanging at "Johnny's beach."
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 14th at 1:00 pm at Bowers Funeral Chapel.
