A huge bouquet of thorns, thistles and poison ivy to the parents of whomever set fire to the recycling bin for the second time prompting the powers that be to remove it indefinitely. This will cause extreme difficulties for those people who use this facility on a weekly bases.
It seems to me that a lack of positive parenting and discipline causes these youths to have no respect for personal or public property.
