Doreen Wilson and company get their heart rates going with chairobics at the Sicamous Seniors Centre. Sponsored by the Sicamous OAPO and the legion, the program helps to improve mobility, balance, flexibility, strength, blood pressure, etc. It helps to prevent falls and injuries, thus assisting in making it possible for seniors to still live in their own homes. The program is held on a drop-in basis on Monday mornings at 10 a.m., $2 an hour-long session, followed by coffee/tea.
