The expansion of facilities also means an expansion of the Salmon Arm plant’s employee base, opening up job opportunities for “a higher skilled and more diverse workforce.”

Though no timeline for the expansion has been announced, the company is hoping to have full production online by summer 2019.

For three decades, the Salmon Arm company has been a leading manufacturer of recycled rubber products, specializing in premium rubber flooring, surfaces, tiles and custom products.
