Taxes are no one’s best friend, but they are necessary to sustain the district;s economy and growth.
I believe the district, under a good mayor and council, can run as a profitable business.
This should allow tax rates to be economical for the tax payers. The tax rates should be a reasonable match to what the district provides in its services.
