It is with great sadness that the family of Lois Knuff announce her passing on Sunday, October 9, 2016, at the age of 79 years. Lois, was taken all too soon from us, and will be forever remembered in our hearts. She was an incredibly special person, respected and well loved by so many. Her happiest times were those spent with family, friends and on the golf course. Lois was acknowledged by her family and wide circle of friends to be the ultimate hostess. She was a generous and caring woman who will be greatly missed. Lois was predeceased by husband Howard, son Kevin and grandson Justin. She will be lovingly remembered by daughter Laurie (Brent), sons Mike, Terry and Dean; grandchildren Christa, Brodie, Jay, Bobbi and Howie; great-grandchildren Kendra, Olivia, Nevaeh, Abigail, Cash, Frankie, Lincoln and Sawyer; and great-great granddaughter Oaklanne. Lois is survived by sister’s Sharon (Lou), Sheila (Wayne), Carol (Wayne), Shari, Brenda (Norm) and brother, Brian (Tanya) and many extended family.
Lois’s children would like to thank Dr. Jack Beech and the nurses of Shuswap Lake General Hospital for the exceptional care their mother received during her brief and valiant fight with cancer along with their compassion and kind words.
