Amelia Warren Hopkins, 93, of Sicamous, B.C. passed away peacefully at Piccadilly Care Centre on January 9, 2009. She was predeceased by her husband William Hopkins in 1983.
She is survived by her son Dennis Hopkins of Malakwa, B.C., her daughter Margaret Dahlstedt and her husband grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Piccaddilly Care Centre for the exceptional care Amelia received during her residency.
A memorial service celebrating Amelia’s life was held at the Piccadilly Care Chapel on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 2 pm with Pastor Norm Russell Officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Fischer’s Funeral Service & Crematorium Ltd., Salmon Arm B.C. Condolences may be sent to Fischers @sunwave.net
